Apple vs Samsung Dispute Finally To Be Settled

The U.S. Supreme Court scheduled oral arguments for the case on October 10, as five years of dispute are finally about to be settled. In their claim, Apple alleged that Samsung infringed the iPhone designs.   Samsung lost both the original case and a subsequent appeal and paid Apple $548 million in damages last year. However, Samsung have appealed the decision demanding a refund, maintaining that it was unclear how damages were calculated.

We will probably not hear the results before the beginning of the following year, as this is when the Court typically delivers opinions on autumn cases.
