Our European Patent Attorney, Adrien Renaudo, obtained “Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe”

In June 2023 took place the biggest change in the European patent system within more than 45 years – the introduction of the new Unitary Patent (UP) and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).

As one of the leading IP firms in the Baltics, Patendibüroo KÄOSAAR, is uniquely positioned to file and prosecute Unitary Patents, and to litigate these before the UPC. In that respect, our European Patent attorney, Adrien Renaudo, has successfully obtained a “Diploma in Patent Litigation in Europe” in June 2023 and he is now a representative before the UPC.

Adrien will be able to guide our clients through the key strategic considerations as to how the Unitary Patent and the UPC can be used to gain a commercial advantage.
